I am on a mission to weave wellness into every aspect of life. My journey began with a passion for setting goals, staying active, and embracing a healthy lifestyle - a passion that naturally found its way into coaching, teaching, and empowering others to do the same. 

After over a decade of running a nonprofit dedicated to empowering children to adopt healthy lifestyles, I transitioned to new pursuits that were calling to me. While completing my certification as a nutrition therapist, a family member's struggles with mental health and addiction became a powerful turning point, both personally and as a guidepost for my work.

This experience deepened my understanding of the connection between nutrition, brain health, recovery, and long-term resilience. It’s what led me to further specialize in gut health, amino acid therapy, and hormone support - tools I now use to help clients restore balance, energy, and mental clarity.

With a BS in Psychology and Business, over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, and 16 years coaching youth and high school athletes, I bring a holistic, grounded perspective to my work. My work is rooted in both evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine - especially stress reduction and nervous system support, which are vital in today’s fast-paced world.

As the founder of Mindful Nutrition for Life, I’m committed to helping clients uncover root causes, not just manage symptoms. Whether you're facing burnout, hormone shifts, digestive issues, weight challenges, or struggles tied to emotional wellbeing or recovery, my approach is to guide clients through a supportive, personalized process to restore balance - both physically and mentally.

I believe that mental, emotional, and physical balance should be a top priority - not a luxury. It’s what allows us to live fully, show up for what we love, and feel well in our own skin.
